Live Freight Command

Know where every load is.
Act before problems become losses.

Pulse is FSI's live load-visibility and exception-management platform. Real-time GPS on the shipments that matter, automatic alerts when something goes wrong, and GPS-verified confirmation the moment your freight is delivered.

What is Pulse

Once a load leaves the dock, it shouldn't become a black hole.

Pulse puts GPS tracking on the shipments that carry real risk — program rollouts, time-sensitive launches, high-value loads, and full truckloads — and tracks them live from the dock to confirmed delivery. Every tracked load reports its position every five minutes, and Pulse turns those pings into live statuses, projected ETAs, and automatic alerts. The result is one shared, real-time picture that operations teams, field crews, and customers all see at once — so problems surface while there's still time to act, not after the damage is done.

Capabilities

Everything you need to run freight by exception.

Live load map

Every tracked load on one auto-refreshing map. Click any load for its position, speed, projected ETA versus the promised window, dwell time, and battery — down to a street view of its exact spot.

Automatic exception alerts

Delayed and stopped loads are flagged automatically — no manual checking. Branded email alerts route to the right contact, including an immediate alarm if cargo leaves a delivery site before the crew releases it.

Delivery-site visibility

See exactly which location every load is headed to and when it will arrive. Precision geofencing confirms arrival at the actual ship-to address — not just somewhere in the same city.

Mobile crew tools

No apps, no logins. Receiving and install crews scan a QR code on arrival and tap one button — with GPS verifying the check-in is happening at the real destination. Exceptions can be reported with photos, straight from the phone.

Customer-branded portals

Every customer gets a live tracking page in their own branding — their logo, their colors, only their loads. The same live picture your ops team sees, ready to stand alone or embed in an existing portal.

Delivery history & audit trail

Completed loads archive automatically with on-time performance, transit hours, exception counts, and a stamped timeline of every crew check-in — a defensible record of what happened, when, and who confirmed it.

How it works

Three steps from dock to confirmed delivery.

1

Tag the load

Two scans at the dock — the order barcode and a GPS tracker — and the load is live. Pulse validates both against your systems and pulls the customer, destination, and delivery window automatically.

2

Watch it move

The tracker reports every five minutes. Pulse computes live status, measures actual speed, projects the ETA against the promised window, and shares one live picture with everyone who needs it.

3

Act on exceptions

Delayed or stopped? You know immediately. On arrival, the crew's GPS-verified check-in closes the loop — and if cargo moves before it's released, Pulse raises the alarm.
